Terrific! Clean, great staff — just a great hostel and it’s in a really neat neighborhood. Will come back often as I will be in Cleveland many times over the next couple of years. — Bill, Vermont, USA
Excellent hostel This is a new hostel, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. It’s only a short walk to the rail station which brings you to the town center in only one stop and directly to and from the airport. The famous West Side Market is just down the street and several inexpensive places to eat are nearby. I highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to see the Rock and Roll Hall of fame or anything else in Cleveland. — Richard, New Jersey, USA
Heard about this place from a friend in Cleveland, and I am so glad I decided to stay here for 3 nights instead of a cold corporate hotel. First, the location is great for what I was looking for–beer gardens, bars, great food, cafes, easy access to the RTA station. The hostel itself is new clean and spacious, yet cozy and charming. I stayed in both a 4 bunk room as well as a single private room. The kitchen and common areas are quite large and well designed. I love the attention to detail anywhere from the chalkboard and posters of Cleveland pride in the rooms to the old school telephone booth in the lobby. Michelle and Mark were very friendly and down to earth people and made the stay even more enjoyable. I’m surprised that a European-style hostel is in Cleveland, but then again, maybe I shouldn’t be. Check this place out, you won’t regret it! — Jerry California, USA
We staid in Cleveland for only one night in September and had a very nice time. Mark and the staff are very friendly, the view from the top of the building is great at night.
The facilities were excellent, since everything was pretty much brand new. I hope that they can maintain the facilities and people will be so kind and prudent to protect it as well.
I wish Mark and his staff all the best for the future, especially many friendly visitors.
Thanks again for having us!
