What are your office hours and check-in/out times?
The reception desk is open from 8am to 10pm (22:00). To check in outside of these times please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 216-394-0616. Rooms are available after 3pm, but you may check in early and store your bags in the luggage storage room. Check-out time is 12noon.
How does the cancellation policy work?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation. There are no penalties.
Do you provide breakfast?
We don’t include breakfast. Instead, we partnered with Bon Bon Cafe to offer a $5 hot breakfast with coffee. There are also many other places for breakfast including the West Side Market.
Do you provide sheets and towels?
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
Does the hostel have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a coin-operated washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
What are my parking options?
Off street parking in our lot directly across the street and street parking is free.
Are there lockers in the dorms?
Yes, one per bed and big enough for a backpack.
Do I have to bring my own lock for the lockers?
Yes, there are stores 2 blocks away that sell locks.
Do you have wifi or internet access?
We have free wireless access through out the hostel.
Do you have bike storage?
We have an indoor bike storage room.
Is there a curfew?
No, once checked in, you have 24-hour access to the hostel.
Is the hostel located downtown?
We are located in the historic vibrant Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland. You can walk to downtown or take The RTA Red Line on stop to Tower City or 8 bus lines a few stops to Public Square.
Do I need to be a member to stay at the hostel?
No, we are proud to be a locally owned Independent hostel.
What do I need to check-in the hostel?
You need a valid, government issued, photo ID. A passport if you are an international traveler and a state ID if a U.S. traveler, as well as a credit card. We are a hostel for travelers!
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed because of the shared nature of the hostel.
Are there restaurants and grocery stores near by?
The hostel is in an active district with dozens of restaurants, pubs, breweries, and coffee houses of all price ranges. The great West Side Market is across the street and there is also a grocery store 2 blocks away .
Does this hostel accept groups?
Yes, we are happy to host groups. We ask that the group calls and reserves in advance.
